How to make sure you are buying a GeosIdeal product?
The world can sometimes be unfair and cruel. It turns out business integrity is not universal and some customers fall victim to misinformation. Recently we have been encountering unfair practices more and more often. Our furniture is being copied, our photos get stolen, GeosIdeal labels get attached to furniture assembled at a private house basement.
How to check if what you are offered is actually a GeosIdeal product delivered by an authorized dealer?
Read our tips:
- GeosIdeal only sells its products via its own showrooms (Belarus) or partner showrooms. Check a partner’s status of an authorized dealer on our corporate website.
2. Ask a showroom manager to show you a dealer certificate. It must be in clear sight in a showroom.
3. Check the packaging of the furniture you are delivered. Every cabinet packaging displays our logo label, reference to EAC certification, order number and cabinet name.
4. Examine the hardware after your furniture is assembled: the hinges, the Blum drawers must show the ‘GeosIdeal’ name.
5. When you get our furniture you supposed to be given our service manual where you can see the installation date, warranty period and contact information.
